Sports therapy & massage

Sports rehab & sports massage services are aimed at those who require treatment for sports/exercise based injuries. Over the years I have developed a unique style of treatment that blends traditional sports massage with my knowledge of movement. While I can effectively treat people involved in all sports and exercise programs, I have come to specialise in helping climbers.

Treatments are based out of Parthian Climbing Manchester (St. Benedicts Church, just off Hyde Road - see contact tab for map & location). In this session I will look at your movement mechanics, perform some soft tissue work and test your reaction to my treatment in the gym. If appropriet I will provide you with some exercise prescriptions to take away in and implement into your training.
