Sports rehab therapy

Sports rehab therapy appointments are aimed at those who require treatment for sports/exercise based injuries. Over the years I have developed a unique style of treatment that blends traditional sports massage with my knowledge of movement.

Treatments are carried out in the same place as my 1 to 1 coaching - my home gym. In this session I will look at your movement mechanics, perform some soft tissue work and test your reaction to my treatment in the gym. If appropriet I will provide you with some exercise prescriptions to take away in and implement into your training.
